Exchange Guide
Exchanging currency is simple and user-friendly. Just follow these steps:
Access the Exchange Feature: Log in to your dashboard and click on the Exchange option.
Choose Your Currencies:
Select the currency you want to exchange from (the "From Wallet").
Choose the currency you want to exchange to (the "To Wallet").
Enter the Amount: Input the amount you wish to exchange. The conversion will be calculated based on the exchange rate of your "From Wallet" currency.
Important Note:
Only currencies enabled in Fees & Limits > Transaction Type > Exchange will appear in the "From Wallet" options.
All enabled currencies under the same category will be visible in the "To Wallet" options, even if they are not currently in your wallet.
